The Seiko 5 Sports MOTOCOMPO Limited Edition celebrates Honda’s iconic ultra‑compact motorcycle released in 1981. This special collaboration brings the spirit of the MOTOCOMPO into the Field series, featuring a compact 36.4mm case and bold design elements inspired directly by the legendary bike.

The dial showcases the MOTOCOMPO’s signature striking yellow colour, with the HONDA logo cutting across the centre in black. The “AUTOMATIC” text at 6 o’clock uses a custom font based on the original MOTOCOMPO logo. The crown is marked “TURN,” referencing the motorcycle’s fuel cock design.

Additional MOTOCOMPO‑inspired details appear on the nylon strap, including “CARRYING POINT” and “INSERTION POINT”, echoing the attachment points used to secure the bike inside the trunk of Honda’s CITY compact car.

As a true limited edition, the case back features the MOTOCOMPO silhouette, Limited Edition marking, and an engraved serial number. The watch is presented in a special box designed to resemble the original corrugated shipping carton used for the MOTOCOMPO.

The Honda MOTOCOMPO was a foldable, ultra‑compact motorcycle designed to fit inside the trunk of the Honda CITY. Weighing only 42 kg and powered by a 49 cc two‑stroke engine, it featured foldable handlebars and footrests, plus leak‑proof mechanisms for fuel, oil, and battery. Aimed at young, trend‑conscious riders, it offered a unique six‑wheeled lifestyle combining car comfort with motorcycle mobility.
